By accessing Ultra Pure Bioscience, creating an account, viewing our catalog, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Research Use Only Policy.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Ultra Pure Bioscience are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research purposes only.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Human and veterinary use is prohibited.

Ultra Pure Bioscience does not provide medical advice, dosage recommendations, administration instructions, reconstitution protocols, or guidance for human or animal use.

2. Customer Eligibility

By accessing our product catalog or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are 21 years of age or older.
  • You are purchasing products solely for legitimate research purposes.
  • Products will not be used or administered to humans or animals.
  • You understand the laboratory nature of the products being purchased.
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and other laws and regulations.

Account creation and login may be required before products, pricing, or checkout are available.

3. Researcher & Account Information

Product information is provided solely to identify and describe research materials and may include:

  • Chemical identity
  • CAS number
  • Molecular weight
  • Purity
  • Storage conditions
  • Lot information
  • Certificate of Analysis

Product descriptions do not constitute medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary advice.

Current Certificates of Analysis may be provided for applicable products and lots. The onboarding requirements specify that COAs should identify the product, lot number, testing date, and purity information.

4. Product Information

5. Prohibited Uses

Products purchased from Ultra Pure Bioscience may not be:

  • Used for human consumption or administration.
  • Used for veterinary consumption or administration.
  • Used as medicines, supplements, treatments, or consumer wellness products.
  • Used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
  • Resold or distributed for unauthorized human or veterinary use.
  • Used in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Any use outside the stated Research Use Only purpose is unauthorized.

6. Order Review & Refusal

Ultra Pure Bioscience reserves the right to review, delay, refuse, or cancel an order where:

  • Customer information is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Research-use requirements have not been satisfied.
  • Human or veterinary use is indicated.
  • The transaction may violate applicable law.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or attempt to bypass website access or compliance controls.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, storage, handling, transportation, or use of a product is permitted within their jurisdiction.
Customers are also responsible for maintaining appropriate laboratory procedures, safeguards, storage conditions, and handling standards.
Availability of a product on our website does not represent confirmation that the product is lawful in every jurisdiction.

8. Acceptance

By accessing the catalog or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
